1045 PRATT AVENUE ROGERS PARK CHICAGO 21 August 1903 My Dear Sir: I sent with this a Circular of my American Bibliography 1639 - 1820, and will be glad to add your name to the list of subscribers which will go to press this month. The enclosed proof page will give you a good idea of the scope and plan of the work. The first vol- ume, covering the first ninety years, is nearly printed. The others will follow at about annual intervals. Paper and types are uniting to make a hand- some volume typographically, in keeping with its theme. Your personal interest is greatly appreciated. Yours, very truly Charles Evans Mr. Louis F. Benson Philadelphia
